Last Updated: May 5, 2026

ClientWrench (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website https://clientwrench.com/ (the “Website”) and use our digital agency services, automated systems, AI applications, and communications platforms (collectively, the “Services”), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Website or Services.

1. Important Distinction: Data Controller vs. Data Processor

ClientWrench operates in two primary capacities regarding personal data:

  • As a Data Controller: We act as a Data Controller when we collect personal information directly from our clients, prospective clients, and Website visitors for our own business, marketing, and administrative purposes.
  • As a Data Processor (Service Provider): We act as a Data Processor when we process the personal information of our clients’ end-consumers. This occurs when our clients utilize our automated revenue capture systems, CRMs, AI voice agents, and SMS/WhatsApp tools. In these instances, our clients are the Data Controllers, and we only process this data on their behalf and in accordance with their instructions.

2. Information We Collect About You

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website and Services, including:

A. Information You Provide to Us (Client Data)

  • Financial Data: Payment details, billing addresses, and transaction history (processed securely via third-party payment gateways).
  • Account Data: Usernames, passwords, and other credentials used to access our platforms.
  • Correspondence: Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and transcripts) if you contact us.

B. Information Collected Through Our Services (End-Consumer Data)

When you (the Client) use our Services to interact with your customers, our systems may process and store the following on your behalf:

  • Communications Data: SMS text message histories, WhatsApp chat logs, email correspondences, and web-chat transcripts generated through our automated systems.
  • AI and Audio Data: Voice recordings, call transcripts, and conversational inputs gathered by our AI voice agents and web receptionists.
